Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
📅 Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective.

How to Return
Return Process

Get Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm if the return is approved.

Pack & Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Drop it at any courier service and share the tracking number with us.

Receive Exchange or Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll dispatch your exchange or issue store credit within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
Refund Policy
We currently offer store credit or exchange in place of monetary refunds. Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used on any product.
In case of a defective or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full exchange or store credit of equal value.
